Made For Horses. Built By People Who Know Them.

RedLife Performance was born from a shared belief in the power of light and a lifelong connection to horses.

Our founders came to RedLife from very different worlds, spanning healthcare, global brand leadership, and consumer research. But they shared two things: a fascination with the potential of red light therapy and a life shaped by horses.

So we started asking a simple question: How could we make this technology work better for them?

Today, our team combines experience in equine health and wellness with hands-on equestrian knowledge spanning training, competing, grooming, and barn management. We also work alongside leading international equestrian professionals to understand how horses are trained, cared for, and supported from young horse development to the highest levels of sport.

But RedLife isn't just for elite competitors. It's for the horses we ask to show up for us every day. Whether that's in the ring, on the trail, simply enjoying the retired life at home, or rescue horses in need of additional support and care, our mission is to make advanced light technology easy to incorporate into the care of the horses who give us so much.

Amy Hauk — Co-Founder + CEO

Former Brand CEO of a Fortune 500 Company, Amy brings more than 30 years of experience building consumer brands—along with a lifelong love of horses and wellness.

Tiffany Perry — Co-Founder + COO

A registered nurse with nearly 30 years of healthcare experience, Tiffany brings a clinical perspective to the RedLife team alongside firsthand experience as a lifelong equestrian who enjoys showjumping and foxhunting.

Jaclyn Evans — Co-Founder + CMO

A consumer insights and market research expert, Jaclyn has spent more than a decade helping brands better understand the people they serve. She's also an avid equestrian.

Abbey Perry — General Manager

A rider and competitor with hands-on experience grooming and managing barns, Abbey brings the perspective of someone who understands what quality horse care actually looks like day-to-day—from the barn aisle to the competition ring.
